By enrolling in or using any services offered by PsychSense, including counseling sessions, workshops, internships, training programs, classes, and events, participants agree to maintain respectful, ethical, and professional conduct.

 

All personal information, session details, and shared content are kept confidential and used only for professional, educational, administrative, or service-related purposes. Any photographs, videos, testimonials, workshop clips, classroom activities, or promotional content will only be used for website, social media, educational, or event promotion purposes after obtaining participant/client consent.

 

Attendance, assignment submission, active participation, and timely payment may be required for certification, recommendations, or successful completion of programs. Workshop materials, recordings, notes, and educational content remain the intellectual property of PsychSense and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

 

PsychSense reserves the right to modify schedules, provide recorded sessions when applicable, and discontinue services in cases of misconduct, harassment, ethical violations, or misuse of services. By continuing with PsychSense services, participants acknowledge and accept these policies and guidelines.
